Even though our entire country and economy are going down the drain, sports always survive and are unaffected by economic turmoil. Somehow or another, people will always pay for sports. We should therefore strive to make American sports the best they can be. Thus:

The American Sports Improvement Act

This amendment to the constitution shall require several changes to make sports more satisfying and rewarding to the American people, and shall enforce the following tenets:

1. No sports game of any kind, including football, baseball, and horse racing, shall be conducted on artificial surface, including but not limited to Astroturf, Polytrack, Pro-ride, Tapeta, etc. All artificial surfaces in use shall be converted to dirt or grass within one year of enactment.

2. NCAA Division 1 College Football shall implement a playoff system of at least 8 teams in order to determine the national football champion. Bowls may be used to conduct the playoff. Recommendations from sports experts not currently on the payroll of the good-ole-boy network shall be considered for a merit based playoff system.

3. The Monday directly following the NFL Super Bowl championship shall be declared a national holiday. Every working person shall have the day off from their employer in order to recover from the previous day’s festivities and riots. Unemployed persons may take a day off from their job search. Wall Street, if still in business, shall be closed that day.

How is that possible? A recent Gallup poll, Conservatives Maintain Edge as Top Ideological Group, confirmed that while 42% of Americans identify as conservatives, only 20% call themselves liberal. In addition, another study found that only 23% of voters are registered as Democrat.

If that is true, then how did we end up with liberal democrats running our nation? Tough question indeed. Why would people that are not liberal or democrat, vote for liberal democrats?

The answer is that the liberal democrats have been controlling the nation at every level of government, and the majority of the media, for several decades.

But how did they get into the government in the first place? The elected officials got into office by running as moderates, a label which 36% of Americans will identify themselves with, then govern, or rule, as liberals.

The reason that the average American doesn’t know that the elected officials are extreme leftist/ socialists before electing them is that the media covers for them. The media, controlled by about 90% liberal democrats, controls public opinion, and willingly cover up the extreme socialism of the democrat party candidates.

Most people don’t have the time or the desire to do their own research and find out the truth behind their candidates before voting for them. Instead, they hear a little news from the socialist media and assume what they’re saying is true.

For example, most people believed Obama was some kind of moderate populist that wanted to help out the middle and lower class. The truth that he is actually a hard core communist was revealed by this blog, Hannity, Beck, Limbaugh, and others before the election.

But with the majority of Americans preoccupied with American Idol, sports, and stupid entertainment news, they weren’t listening to those trying to warn them about the truth: that Obama, Pelosi, and Reid were the triad of socialism that would plunge the country into unseen depths.

What has happened since the elections of 2008? The country is in a downward spiral, with government spending, unemployment, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and general loss of wealth spiraling out of control.

As covered elsewhere in this blog, leftists infiltrated the public schools and media several decades ago, in order to sway public opinion towards their extremist viewpoints. How else can you explain 90% of either institution identifying themselves as liberal democrats?

The fact is that the majority of the public was brainwashed since they entered the public school system at the age of five. Why are most people conservative or moderate now then? Because most people grew up and realized the socialist ideology they were brainwashed with in school was all bullshit.

Still, the mass media still has a huge say in public opinion. Did you hear anyone at ABC, NBC, CBS, or CNN news outlets ever say anything remotely negative about Obama before the election? The answer is no. You probably heard a lot of negativity about Mccain though didn’t you? How about anything positive about Mccain, after the primary?

So, according to the mass media, Obama was a perfect human and Mccain was very flawed. The reality however, is that while both men were flawed, one was a veteran POW and patriot, and the other a communist brainwashed since birth by two communist parents.

That’s the truth of the matter, and given that I’d take the aging POW any day, as would by far the majority of Americans. But alas, again, the media brainwashed people into thinking that Obama was a normal moderate, and combine that with the know-nothing brainwashed teenagers fresh out of high school, ready to make Obama their socialist messiah, and it was a tall order to defeat their savior.

Fast forward to today, when half of Obama’s voters now have buyer’s remorse, with his socialist policies out of control, and people finally realize they’ve been duped. They took away many of his allies on Congress. But is it too late?

It’s not too late. Educate yourself. Read this blog. Listen to some conservative newspeople. You want to hear moderate news? There is no such thing. The mass media are all hard core leftists. Listen to them if you like, but you’re just getting lied to. If not, they would have told you the truth about Obama before we found our country in the toilet.
